GLEX Updates Legal Documentation to Reflect New Corporate Name and Registered Address

GLEX Limited has published amendments to its legal documentation suite, effective April 11, 2026. The updates reflect two administrative changes: the corporate rebranding from Real Capital Limited to GLEX Limited, and the relocation of the Company's registered office from Ebene to Port Louis, Mauritius. No substantive changes have been made to any terms, conditions, rights, obligations, or fee structures. No action is required by clients.

GLEX Limited operates under Investment Dealer Licence SEC-2.1B granted by the Financial Services Commission (FSC) of Mauritius. The corporate name change and address relocation have been registered with the Registrar of Companies and the FSC. Clients may verify the Company's licence status at fscmauritius.org.
